Brentwood Accommodation Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.The balance will be  automatically deducted one month prior to the arrival date on the same credit card that is provided for the deposit. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds for this transaction to take place on this date. If you wish to provide another card for the balance payment ,please provide those details prior to this date.The full amount will also be deducted if a booking is cancelled as cancellations are not refundable. If you book within 30 days of arrival full payment is required on booking.
We accept Visa or Master Card only. Please supply Name, Card type, Number and Expiry Date. We also accept direct debit by arrangement but a credit card must also be provided.
Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed bookings.

CANCELLATIONS
Brentwood Accommodation does not accept cancellations ,refunds will not be given.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Number of guests staying at the facility should not exceed the persons stated on the booking details or extra charges will apply.
Unfortunately no pets allowed due to health regulations.
The Cottage and B&B suites are rented for holiday and leisure use only ,no functions allowed.

BREAKAGE AND DAMAGES
Credit card details are held by us for security purposes.
We expect the Cottage and B&B Suites are returned to us in the condition presented on arrival.
Breakage and damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be recharged  to your credit card if necessary,it is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidental broken glass or plates for example.
Charges will be imposed if the facilities are left in an unreasonable condition -eg 
Dirty dishes not washed and put away.
Rubbish not removed and placed in bins provided at the Cottage.
Soiled or stained bed covers ,rugs, upholstery,etc..
Loss or damaged remote controls.
Misplaced keys.
Any breakage or damage to the house, its fittings and facilities will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.

LIABILITIES
No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premiss during or after departure.
Brentwood Accommodation incorporating Brentwood Cottage and Brentwood B&B does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control.
We do not accept liability for errors, omissions,default or negligence represented on our Website.
